Eating Smart – Being Active is a FREE Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program offered quarterly at the Fremont County Family Center for adults with young children to learn about healthy choices with nutrition and physical activity.

The class session will be 8 weeks long for 1 ½ hours. Snacks and childcare are provided. A $25 City Market gift card is awarded for class completion, as well as curriculum materials like handouts, recipe booklet, measuring cups and spoons, meat thermometer, and exercise bands.
